Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Pre-Paid Return Label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the faucet and all installation hardware in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item is in its original, uninstalled condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
